- CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation): this is the most crucial form of CPR. The format of the course is to perform CPR, analyze the situation and look if there are any signs of life. The entire duration of this course is 3-4 hours.
- Online CPR course: this is conducted with the help of an audio-video format. There is no specific duration for this course as one may complete it in his/her own time.
- CPR refresher: this course is designed and based on content that is specially designed by the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines of 2006. It refreshes the content of the course when changes take place. This refresher course nearly takes up to 2-3 hours.
